Founder & CEOLily Maina, has a Master’s degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. With extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, Lily has worked in schools, clinics, group homes, community programs, and home environments.
Lily specializes in behavioral consultation, skill development, and caregiver coaching that empowers individuals to achieve meaningful daily success. She brings specialized expertise in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities combined with mental health needs.
Known for her calm presence, patience, and compassion, Lily uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach. She collaborates closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create practical, individualized support plans that promote independence, emotional well-being, and quality of life.
